Monika Avakyan is the Head of Customer Services at VEON AdTech, an AI-based company specializing in innovative solutions for digital advertising and advanced analytics.

Also, since June 2024 she has been serving as the Head of IT Ladies community, aimed at providing essential aid and support to women in Uzbekistan's IT industry.

Monika is a professional, fluent in 5 languages (English, Turkish, German, Polish, Russian), with 7 years of experience across a broad range of sales, digital marketing, client services and finance related positions. 

She has worked at significant volunteer programs and program-related initiatives connected to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
