The Digital Education Development Center (RTRM) is an institution under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan that operates in areas such as enhancing digital literacy, supporting talent development in the IT sector, promoting international certification programs, providing subsidies to private training centers, and working with civil servants and gifted youth. Through major initiatives such as “One Million Uzbek Coders” (Coursera), “Al-Khwarizmi’s Heirs,” and “IT Talents,” the center empowers thousands of young people with modern digital skills.
