CRM, ERP, and e-commerce systems serve as context providers for AI assistants and can supply product catalogs and pricing information.

In addition to communication channels and context sources, the platform provides a range of additional tools for AI assistants, including knowledge bases built from the company’s own files and “battle cards” — team-verified workflows and scenarios that remain within the company even when employees change.

Assistants can access conversation history, provide answers about products and pricing, handle routine inquiries 24/7, and transfer complex cases to company employees with the full context of the interaction.

Each client environment is isolated. Clients can use their own OpenAI and Anthropic API keys without intermediary markups. The platform is designed to connect to CRM systems and launch without requiring a separate development team.

In addition to its SaaS platform, the team implements Bitrix24 in both cloud and on-premises versions, integrates CRM systems with 1C, builds private server clusters, and provides end-to-end support for the entire IT infrastructure.
