Since 2013, Elena Selezneva and her company have been committed to enhancing the startup ecosystem in Uzbekistan. They have organized startup conferences, mentored emerging businesses, and launched several acceleration programs, including C.A.T. Science Accelerator, Accelerating Women's Climate-Change Tech Startups, Startup Factory, Water Solution Innovation Lab, and Climate Launchpad Uzbekistan. These initiatives have played a significant role in fostering innovation and growth across various sectors, particularly in IT, biotech, and cleantech.

Elena is passionate about technology, digital innovation, and supporting women in tech. A strong advocate for professional mentorship, she co-founded the Tech4Impact NGO in 2019. This organization focuses on innovation, startups, green technologies, and entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. Notable initiatives include the expansion of the Technovation Girls program in Uzbekistan and the launch of Central Asia Women in Tech & Science Week, which brings together leaders from Central Asia, Silicon Valley, and the UK.
