With 25+ years of telecom experience, he is a senior expert & executive advisor for Huawei global ICT solutions organization. His current focus is on overall ICT strategy and improving inclusive connectivity economics in Middle East and Central Asia Regions. He first joined Huawei USA in 2007 with the responsibility of managing the wireless marketing operation team. In 2013, he became the CTO, mobility solutions for Latin America. In 2014, he moved to Shenzhen, China, to manage the global wireless branding and demand generation team. Beside Huawei, Mohamed has held a number of senior positions in telecom industry as well as academia in many regions. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
