Neils Kalnins is the Program Director of 5G Techritory Forum – the annual 5G ecosystem forum, taking place in Riga, Latvia. He's also the Director of Development and Custom Management at the Electronic Communications Office of Latvia – a customer-oriented organization that regulates the telecommunications sector in the country.

He is strong business development professional skilled in ICT Business, Sustainable Development, Business modeling, Innovation Management and International Business.

Neils Kalnins holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Latvia.
