Aziza Shuzheyeva is one of leading professionals in Kazakhstan's tech and digital transformation sectors. She is the CEO and Founder of TechnoWomen, an organization focused on empowering women in technology. Aziza also serves as an Independent Director at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University and as President of the Digital Transformation Public Foundation.

Her previous roles include CEO of Channel Seven and Deputy Chairman at Zerde National Infocom Holding, where she was involved in e-government initiatives. Additionally, she founded the "League of Young Programmers YBYRAI" to support IT education and development among youth.
