Roman has been in charge of launching and developing businesses, as well as product development in companies operating in Russian and foreign markets. He has held the positions of CEO and CPO at the IT company Sifox, has been in charge of product development at PimPay, has led the commercial department of the fintech startup Arenza, and co-founded the cloud logistics service Logarifma.

He is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business.
