Leonid Chernyy is a well-known specialist in the market focusing on creation and development of large technological products. He has many years of experience working with data in the largest technology companies in Eastern Europe such as MegaFon, Rambler, Yandex, Mail.ru Group. Over the past ten years he specialized in big data, geoinformation services, search technologies, advertising technologies and web development.

Since 2023, he has been working as Executive Director of Data at Uzum, helping to create a biggest ecosystem in Uzbekistan.

He is two-time winner of the CDO Award, member of the expert jury of the World AI&Data Challenge, member of the expert council of the Big Data Association, head of the council of the educational program Big Data and Analytics of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University.
