Farrukh Alimukhamedov is Deputy General Director and Head of New Business at East Telecom JV LLC, Uzbekistan.

With over 17 years of experience in ICT, data centers, and telecom, he has led transformative projects including:

• the launch of Uzbekistan’s first commercial data center,

• the rollout of nationwide LTE networks.

Farrukh holds a Master’s degree in ICT and Software Development from Tashkent University of Information Technologies.

His expertise spans project management, regulatory cooperation, and ICT commercialization.

Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English, he is dedicated to advancing digital infrastructure and fostering innovation across Central Asia’s technology landscape.
