Mr. Giedrius Pūras joined the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) in November 2003 and since then has gained experience in electronic communications, postal, and railway regulation. Throughout his career, he has led projects such as cost modelling for efficient fixed and mobile operators (“Long Run Incremental Cost” modelling) and several Twinning projects supporting regulatory authorities in Georgia and Ukraine. He has developed expertise in finding sustainable solutions in complex environments with conflicting stakeholder interests. Mr. Pūras holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Administration from the Faculty of Economics, Vilnius University.
