Xue Bin joined ZTE Corporation in 2005 at the representative office in the Republic of Belarus, where he was appointed as a head of the office in 2012.

In 2014, he was appointed as Vice President of ZTE Corporation, in charge of business development in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and the Baltic countries.

In 2017, he was appointed as Vice President of ZTE Corporation, President for the CIS countries.

In 2009, he received his PhD degree in Computer Science at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science of Belarus State University.
