Soobong Shin is the First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Inha University in Tashkent. Appointed to this position on January 3, 2024.

Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) founded in 2014. The university created in cooperation with the Inha University in the Republic of Korea. Currently, more than 1,500 students are studying in the university.
