Pan Juan is a professor-level Senior Director and Secretary-General of the Mobile Network Quality Leadership Matrix. She is a leading researcher in China’s digital economy and leads the Test Platform Working Group of the Green 5G Base Station Industry and Standards Promotion Committee WG6.

At the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), she focuses on advancing mobile network quality, 5G technology, and integrating security measures into digital infrastructure. Her work is crucial in driving innovation and setting standards in telecommunications and the digital economy.

Founded in 1957, the CAICT is a scientific research institute under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China.
