The "Republican Center for Management of Telecommunications Networks of Uzbekistan" is a state unitary enterprise that acts as the working body of the Ministry responsible for managing telecommunications networks and resources.

It is also the responsible authority for digitization, allocation of signaling point codes, and overseeing their rational use. Additionally, it operates the system for registering mobile devices with international unique identification codes and manages the centralized database of ported numbers.
