Shanghai LinkWise Data Intelligence Co., Ltd. (“LinkWise”) was established in May 2024 with a registered capital of RMB 33.090668 million and currently employs more than 500 people.

The company positions itself as a data intelligence solutions provider, embracing the concept of “Make Your Data to Your AI” and pursuing the mission of “Free up Human Labor with Computing Power.” LinkWise is committed to building end-to-end AI capabilities across the entire value chain—from data, models, and computing power to applications—and ultimately enabling the practical implementation of AI across industries.

Since its establishment, LinkWise has maintained rapid growth, with its business covering areas including domestic and international data processing, AI applications, and AI computing infrastructure. The company has established partnerships with governments and enterprises in China and overseas to jointly develop data intelligence solutions and intelligent computing centers.

Today, LinkWise has developed an integrated capability encompassing “Data + Models + Computing Power + Applications.” The company possesses end-to-end processing capabilities for multimodal data, including text, images, audio, and video. It has also launched integrated training and inference computing products such as the “Xihua Zhiqu AW2000”, immersion liquid-cooling integrated systems, and modular intelligent computing center solutions.

At the same time, LinkWise continues to develop technology platforms centered on multimodal large language models, heterogeneous computing resource scheduling, and low-code AI agents, providing enterprises with comprehensive services covering the entire process from data processing and model training to AI application deployment.

LinkWise recognizes that data is gradually becoming a core strategic resource of the 21st century, while computing power and AI models are redefining the boundaries of national competitiveness. Based on this understanding, LinkWise has proposed the concept of “Sovereign AI”—the ability of a nation to independently control and manage the core capabilities of artificial intelligence.

The Uzbekistan Modular Intelligent Computing Center Project is a benchmark implementation of LinkWise’s “Sovereign AI” concept. Located in the Republic of Uzbekistan’s Autonomous Republic of Karakalpakstan, the project adopts a containerized modular construction model to develop an intelligent computing center with a planned capacity of 300 MW.

From the initial conceptualization through the implementation and construction stages, the project has received strong support from the Uzbek side, including government ministries and agencies. It has also been officially incorporated into Uzbekistan’s national “Digital Uzbekistan 2030” strategy and designated as a national-level benchmark project.
